Formation of team for starting the sprint planning, identify user stories and decide the series of activities which team can perform alongside.

Identify 3-4 challenges and the 2 most pressing technologies to reach the pre-planned project.

Team will brainstorm and finalize technology for the project. They can also research on the user stories for the solution and confirm the approach.

DESIGN SPRINT REPLAY

A report that recaps the sprint, summarizes customer reactions and includes recommended next steps; e.g. build / rebuild features, run another sprint, pivot.
